Greetings, Aggies!

    We are gathering to celebrate 100 years of our beloved school! Although Ondossagon no longer physically exists as a school district, the memories of our time there remains in our hearts that we all carry with us to this celebration.

     Check out the information we have provided for you with the schedule included. You will also find a Registration Form to fill out and return if you plan on attending. Registration deadline is AUGUST 1, 2017!

General Information

 Dress for the event is casual.

 Register for the reunion by completing the attached form and sending it in the mail to the address provided OR register online using PayPal.

 For lodging options, go to www.visitashland.com. Click on “Directory” then on “lodging.” A block of rooms have been reserved under OHS at the following motels:  Quality Inn (715-682-5235), AmericInn (715-682-9950) and Super 8 (715-682-9377).

 We are encouraging individual classes to schedule their own class reunions during the weekend.  The Benoit Community Center will be available Thursday through Sunday (see the daily event list for times) for classes to meet.  Contact Verne Gilles (715-682-4408) to reserve a time. Tables will be set up at the  Bay Area Civic Center (BACC). Your class is free to use this space on Saturday from Noon to 3:00 pm. Let us know your plans so we can post them on our website and Facebook page. 

 There will be a designated area at the BACC for displays for all classes to provide some fun photos/memories.

 A “Photo Op” area will be available. Use fun props as you gather with your class, family members, and neighbors. There will be no official photographer on hand so be sure to bring your own cameras.

 Are there any creative Aggies that are motivated to organize interesting events throughout the day on Saturday—things like a free-throw contest, OHS trivia, etc.?   Let the contact people (see below) know so areas at the BACC can be reserved for your use. We can post the events on the website and Facebook page.

 There will be shirts and sweatshirts with the 2017 logo available to purchase through our OHS website only. Click on the link and it will take you directly to the vendor website. Your order can be picked up on Saturday at BACC. ORDER DEADLINE is AUG. 1.

 If you haven’t been to the OHS Museum at the Benoit Community Center, it’s worth the time! Hours are shown for all 4 days.

 A cash bar is available at the BACC from 2 pm -11 pm. The Kabasa Popcorn Wagon will be available from 2-9 pm. You canpurchase popcorn, nachos, chili dogs, hot dogs w/sauerkraut & jalapeños, walking tacos and ice cream bars.

Meal/Registration Information

The attached registration form shows what will be included in the meal on Saturday night.  It will be served buffet
style and you can choose to eat between 4– 6pm.  When you register at the BACC, you will be given a nametag that will include your meal ticket(s).

You must pre-register for the buffet. The caterers need to know how many to plan for in advance.

For those who do not pre-register, choosing to skip the meal, you must still register at the door. Registration is $10 per person. The Popcorn Wagon will have food available for you to purchase (see front page for list) as an alternative.

If you plan to attend or think you will attend the Continental Breakfast at Benoit on Sunday, please check the
appropriate box on the Registration Form. The group serving would like to have an idea of how many to be
prepared for. 

Volunteer Information

Of course we need volunteers!!! Look at the list on the next page and see where you can help. What’s fun about
volunteering is getting to see and chat with people you haven’t seen for ages. Check out the list and see where you can lend a helping Aggie hand!

Fundraising FYI

Another purpose for this reunion is to help raise funds for the operation and maintenance of the Benoit Community Center and OHS Museum. The registration fees, the 50/50 raffle and a portion of the meal, popcorn wagon, and clothing sales will go directly to the Benoit Community Center.

Wondering why? It’s the only building left where our history remains. We would like to ensure that it will remain    functional and usable for years to come.  The biggest need currently is replacing the roof.
